Edison had a transformative change in facial appearance and dental health following a combination of conventional orthodontics and Invisalign. This treatment did not involve jaw surgery. Edison only had one maxillary central incisor, yet it cannot be seen because of the severity of the crossbite. Space was made for an implant of one more central incisor following orthodontics.
