The only way to align Petra’s teeth without adversely affecting her profile and facial appearance was surgical orthodontics. Petra was treated with orthodontics with extraction of mandibular first premolars and a mandibular surgical advancement (Dr. Michael Sock). The total treatment time was 24 months and it resulted in beautiful teeth plus a beautiful smile!
